Information we collect
NetPlus may collect account details, contact information, device and carrier details, general region, consent records, service preferences, security events, and operational measurements such as uptime, traffic totals, latency, and a masked or cryptographically hashed network address.
How we use information
We use information to operate accounts, evaluate private-beta eligibility, secure the platform, measure service performance, prevent abuse, communicate availability, and maintain auditable financial and operational records.
Mobile-node boundaries
Paper testing does not route buyer traffic. A separate activation notice and applicable supplier terms are required before live traffic. NetPlus does not display a node supplier’s full network address in customer-facing dashboards.
Choices
You may pause or revoke an enrolled device and unsubscribe from promotional updates. Operational, security, consent, and financial records may be retained when necessary for safety, accounting, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
