Terms and Conditions

Agreement and eligibility
By creating or using a NetPlus account, you agree to these terms and confirm that you are legally able to enter this agreement. NetPlus may require identity, business-use, payment, device, or compliance information before activating a service.
Beta status
NetPlus services are under development and may be limited, changed, paused, or discontinued. Registration, early access, projections, or community participation does not purchase service, reserve capacity, or guarantee admission.
No guaranteed earnings or savings
Mining production, token values, supplier pricing, network conditions, proxy-buyer demand, device eligibility, uptime, fees, discounts, and operating costs vary. NetPlus does not guarantee profit, returns, bandwidth demand, savings, or compensation.
Orders, billing, and balances
Only confirmed payments and verified production or buyer-billed usage may create account records. Forecasts, paper-mode results, promotional examples, candidate discounts, and community statements are not withdrawable balances or contractual offers.
Mobile network services
Proxy access is limited to approved lawful use cases and may be subject to geography, concurrency, destination, data, and session limits. Node operators must control the enrolled device and connection and must obtain any required carrier or network permission.
Account security
You are responsible for protecting credentials, devices, wallets, and submitted information. Never share passwords, API secrets, or private wallet keys in the community or support forms.
Community rules
Community members must not post credentials, personal data, unlawful instructions, targeted abuse information, deceptive claims, spam, harassment, or infringing material. NetPlus may review, restrict, or remove content and accounts.
Prohibited activity
Fraud, spam, credential attacks, malware, unauthorized access, surveillance, rights violations, evasion of platform controls, and other unlawful or abusive activity are prohibited.
Suspension and termination
NetPlus may pause or terminate access to protect users, suppliers, networks, payment systems, or the platform; respond to suspected abuse; or comply with contractual or legal requirements.
